Francois was a small-time con man and criminal who erupted during an attempted break-in early spring 2004. Certain evidence linking him with a failed heist was in the hands of a former friend, and he tried to get them back. Right in the middle of the break-in the earth started moving, splitting the house in two and waking up the entire neighbourhood. He fled, flying. A few days later he was apprehended for the original heist, but he managed to convince the court to give him a probation given his confused circumstances and new nova powers. He ended up at ENA, where he quickly proved his worth (or deluded, depending on view) the higher-ups as a lobbyist and diplomat. Somehow the vulgar, annoying and selfish Belgian always seem to land on his feet and strangely charm his way out of any situation. And Mr F realized that now he no longer needed to just do small crime: Brussels was ripe for a real lobbyist spree.
