I think they might be possible to get on the net through some net-record stores.
I know there are some Russian bootlegs out there (Vacuum is big in Russia).

The 3rd and 4th moment of Beethoven's fifth are grandiose, very powerful music
(the 4th is apparently called the 'Emperor moment' after somebody claiming that
it was a musical portrait of Napoleon; not to be confused with the Eroica). When
I listened to it I saw the link to the extremely impressive (to humans) Mothers,
with all their grandiose projects and long history. At the same time it is
after all the fifth symphony, and there is a lot of conflicts and uncertainties
in the music - the Mothers are not at all a perfect elder civilisation humans
should try to emulate in all respects, but it is not obvious at first glance.
