When I was stationed in the military in Korea I asked a Katusa (Korean augmentation to the United States Army) soldier why did Koreans and Asians in general like to pirate software, music, movies, etc. He told me that when an idea is formulated that it should be freely given to the people. This thought's basis is mired in the commune (communistic) lifestyle. Would Penglai be kind of like Arkadia's thinking in this?
