Adventure idea
This can take place either with Pi3 natives (human or AI) or travellers to the world (expedition, traders or people who somehow got stranded there(likely from either of the first two)).
A person of magnetic personality with great strategic and tactical capabilities has emerged and begun to unify the tribes, with the intent of conquering the world and having Pi3 take its place among the great worlds of humanity. Where this gets interesting is whether this new Tamerlane is a genuine human, or an extension of the rumored supra intelligence (with or without his own agenda).
In either case, it can be an interesting campaign as the player characters decide to either work alongside the emerging conqueror (a la Marco Polo) or oppose him. And even more interesting if he isn't a tool of the supra intelligence and he's good enough to beat it.
